Hunpe

A web HR and recruiting system, born from a real need and now sold as a product.

Problem
At a company where I worked, HR and the personnel department ran without any central control, with information, documents and routines scattered around.
Decision
Bring everything into a single system: employee file with documents, time clock, payroll, goals, feedback, pulse surveys and recruiting with a talent pool, with role-based permissions, notifications and WhatsApp API integration. Built with Laravel 12, MySQL and Docker.
Result
It became a product: it is now sold to companies, headhunters and tech recruiters. 37 releases published with a changelog, with tests and lint running in CI.

02 · Windows · Field tool

Mega Drive

A single driver for thermal printers that replaces more than 16 drivers from different brands. It discovers, identifies and repairs the printer by itself.

Problem
Field technicians carried a folder with one installer per thermal-printer model.
Decision
No custom driver and no repackaging of third-party drivers: a single ESC/POS decoder for every brand, plus PL2303 chip repair in the right order.
Result
Validated on real Epson, Elgin and Bematech hardware, with a correctly accented test receipt on all three.

03 · Extension · Chrome & Firefox

Personalize Pro

A browser extension published on the Chrome and Firefox stores that adds an SLA timer, themes and an AI assistant to a customer-service system.

Problem
The customer-service system had no per-ticket timer, themes or writing help.
Decision
An extension instead of changing the system, with page selectors kept in one file and the AI behind a Cloudflare Worker with a fallback chain: Gemini, Groq and OpenRouter.
Result
Published on the Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons, with a single package for both browsers.

04 · Desktop · Linux & Windows (in testing)

NaView

Gathers several AnyDesk connections into tabs in a single window. Built so the support team can handle many clients without losing track of windows.

Problem
Handling several clients over AnyDesk means one loose window per client, and time lost hunting for the right one.
Decision
Embed the AnyDesk window inside tabs, forward the keyboard straight to the remote session, and keep animations on the home screen only so nothing weighs on the machine during a session.
Result
In use by the support team. Version 2026.10.23.1 released, with a product page, three-step install and SHA-256 integrity check.
